Since the 1920’s, Metropolitan Realty & Development, LLC and its predecessor company have been developing subdivisions north of the Arkansas River in Pulaski County. Subdivision development is our specialty, and we take pride in providing neighborhoods for the area's discerning homeowners.

From the preliminary planning stage to the final project, we stress attention to detail when developing a neighborhood. Each subdivision is created with a Bill of Assurance which ensures that construction standards are consistent and of a high caliber. We have lots available in the following subdivisions:

• Creekside Addition - Phase 1 – Located in the City of Sherwood, this new neighborhood’s convenient setting is in one of the area’s most desirable locations, with home sizes ranging from 2,000 – 4,000 square feet. More
• Creekside Addition - Phase 2 – Continuing with the standard set in Phase 1 of Creekside Addition, Phase 2 has 55 lots located on Whitewood Drive and Woodruff Avenue. More
• Glenn Hills Addition - Phase 2 – A development in the City of Sherwood, ideally located in a quiet setting near Indianhead Lake, but close to area schools, shopping and hospitals, where we still have lots available for sale. More
